Introducing Prime Climb

This is a great quality workout bringing our same principles and the Swet Haus Cycling from the studio to the street.
A progression of intervals each week building physiological adaptation, strength and principles on the bike. All the elements you have worked on with us indoors now become practically applied to the bike. Pacing. Threshold riding. Accelerations. Gearing and Cadence Variations. Big Gear work. Strength. VO2 Max development – Use Any Swet Haus membership to participate in Prime Climb. Prime Climb meets at the Swet Haus and heads out to Dumont Rd for some nasty hill repeats before heading back to finish at the Swet Haus.
*Minimum of 3 people need to be signed up for ride to happen. Rain or shine. Late cancels/no shows subject to same rules as indoor classes*
