Swet Stretch Is Back!

Due to popular demand and our desire to bring you the best training possible, we’re proud to offer Swet Stretch back on the schedule. Now, don’t worry, that doesn’t mean you need to cancel your membership at your favorite yoga studio, the new Swet Stretch is a 45min yoga only class designed for athletes to take advantage of their precious downtime and maximize recovery, so you can still go and enjoy your relaxing zen and hot yoga sessions elsewhere. These no-nonsense, performance-oriented classes are designed for making it super easy to increase flexibility, improve power and reduce the chance of injuries by working on strategic movements to maximize core strength and breathing.
