Our rides are designed so you can program your week to support your training goals. Our rides range from 30 minutes to 2 hours and provide a high intensity, low impact, head-to-toe workout on a stationary bicycle. Each ride has a different focus, but all rides will give you an amazing workout designed to strengthen your core and tone key body parts, all while burning maximum calories.

Whether you’re a first-timer or an Olympic-level competitor, we’ve got you covered. While the lights are low and the music is turned up, riders work together to create the energy that inspires everyone to work to the best of their ability.

Hot Mess

Our signature Swet Haus ride is next-level indoor cycling. With inspirational coaching, rockstar music, and a Las Vegas-style light show, this 45-minute class will transform the way you look and feel like nothing you’ve experienced before.

Swet Strong

Aka, “The Booty Builder”. This 45-minute class is tailored to tone! Turn that bah-donk-a-donk into the behind of your dreams, along with shapely, toned legs. Swet Strong is all about climbing and extended efforts to work those muscles even harder. This is a great class to do in addition to another weekly class to utilize different muscle groups. It ain’t easy, but dang it’s worth it.

Swet Long

For our hardcore riders who want to double up, now’s your chance! This is our kick-ass class back-to-back, with double the blood, SWET & gears. Click in, rock out and SWET in our 90-minute cardio party! Are you tough enough?

Swet ‘Spress

This class is our lightning quick, no holds bar lunch-time cardio rave. In and out in just 30 minutes, this class is all about efficiency and putting out serious watts, with threshold work and short climbs.

Swet Core

Get ready to work your entire body. This 45-minute workout starts with a 30-minute spin, followed by a 15-minute core routine on the TRX bands. Use this class in conjunction with your workout routine or other weekly classes.

Swet Brunch

This special event class features our signature 45-minute cardio dance party (with all the standard intense intervals and motivators) but also includes a post-ride juice and healthy snacks. Come for the workout and stay for the delicious treats; you’ll deserve it!

Swet Sanity

Blood, Swet, Tears. All these are found in this latest edition to our class lineup. This workout is straightforward, brutal and uncomplicated. It’s the type of workout you don’t need to think about, you just get on, swet yourself into the ground and get off. Swet Sanity is NOT for the faint of heart, needing riders to dig deeper than they have before. This class will change what you thought was possible in an indoor cycling class.

Swet Love

Sometimes we host a Swet Love class. It’s an All-Levels Class, accessible to everyone, and only a minimum donation of $10. All of the money is then given to a local charity.
Swetting is not just about what happens on the bike, it’s about how you live your life. Taking care of yourself, and helping others where and when you can.

Swet Stretch

Swet Stretch is a 45min yoga only class designed for athletes to take advantage of their precious downtime and maximize recovery, so you can still go and enjoy your relaxing zen and hot yoga sessions elsewhere. These no-nonsense, performance-oriented classes are designed for making it super easy to increase flexibility, improve power and reduce the chance of injuries by working on strategic movements to maximize core strength and breathing. *No Cycling. Yoga only!*
